We will look after your property as our own.  We don’t just hold your keys but we can maintain and care for your property giving you a peace of mind with our professional and personal service.  With our research and insight into property management we have created packages to support all your needs.

Greens Property Management service includes the following;

Keyholding for 12 months ( FREE OF CHARGE ) *  Registration fee 50-150 euros depending of the property. 
10 inspections within the 12 months and feedback given
Vermin Check
Utility Check
Pool cleaning and garden maintenance can be arranged if required
Notification to owners of any problems or maintenance that may be required
Registered Keyholder for your alarm company
General assistance for the property owner
Keys held by us can be made available to visiting owners , tradesman or guests.
Administration of your utility contracts if required

Annual Property  Management Prices including 10 inspections per year

Below is a general guide for a villa.   We will carry out a free evaluation and finalise the price depending type and services needed for each individual giving you a taylor made package from us.  

1 Bedroom   : From 500 Euros per annum

2 Bedrooms : From 650 Euros per annum

3 Bedrooms : From 800 Euros per annum

4 Bedrooms : From 1000 Euros per annum

5 Bedrooms or more  : From 1200 Euros per annum

Airport service support   : Various

Unscheduled inspections : Various

Pool Cleaning  : From 800 Euros per annum

Garden maintenance  : Various

General cleaning : 15 Euros per Hour

All other services will be priced accordingly at the time of enquiry. Many will require estimates, which will be provided on request.
